We only collect the minimum personal data we need to run the app.

We collect:

• Your mobile number (for login and security)
• Your chat history (stored only for 30 days for service quality / user experience)
• Your token usage per day (to manage message limits)

We do not collect your name or profile personal identity details.

2. Why We Collect Your Information

We use your information for:

• Account verification
• Preventing abuse / spam / fake accounts
• Tracking daily usage limits
• Improving your AI learning experience

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.

3. How Long We Keep Your Data

Chat history is stored for 30 days only. After 30 days it will be automatically deleted from our system.

4. Cross-Border Transfers

Our servers and database are hosted in Singapore. Because of this, your personal data will be stored and processed outside Sri Lanka.

We take steps to protect your data using security standards and access control measures.

5. Security Measures

We use secure storage, encryption and technical protections to keep your data safe. Only authorised personnel of Bithub Technologies can access this data for service operation.
